Dr. Dennis P. Devito & Dr. Kornelis Poelstra to Host Webinar on Mazor Robotics Spine Surgery Technology Following Unveiling of Mazor X™

ORLANDO, Fla. – August 4, 2016 – Join Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Dennis P. Devito and Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Kornelis Poelstra as they discuss experiences with Mazor Robotics technology and how it has helped improve surgical results during a live webinar later this month. Both surgeons will also examine how robotics is evolving and touch on the newest features of the Mazor X™ surgical system.

Last month, Mazor Robotics announced the unveiling of its latest transformative surgical assurance platform, Mazor X, and the company will commercially launch the new product at the North American Spine Society (NASS) 2016 Annual Meeting in Boston, Mass. this October.

Dr. Devito is a highly published surgeon at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta-Scottish Rite and has performed over 500 procedures with Mazor Robotics technology. Dr. Poelstra serves as the Medical Director for the Spine Center at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast and has been a pioneer for Mazor’s new PROlat™ solution for placing pedicle screws in a lateral decubitus position following interbody fusion.
